One piece of hanpen (150 g)
Scallop    50 g (around)
Long leek    5cm (cutting fine)
Green shiso     Five pieces (rough tittle)
Egg      1/2 unit
Butter    Tablespoon 1
Soy sauce     Person mawashi
Laver     For one piece (divide into 4 parts)

How to make
