Two portions
Five tubular fish meats
Three rice cake
Salad oil teaspoon 1
Ponzu vinegar tablespoon 1
10 g of butter
Thin leek (carve) appropriate amount

How to make

1.We cut tubular fish meat in 3 equal portions. We cut rice cake in 5 equal portions.
2.We fill hole of tubular fish meat with rice cake.
3.We pour salad oil into frying pan and heat and bake by medium fire until we put tubular fish meat which we filled with rice cakes and bake and are colored and we close the cap and bake in the roaster over a low heat for three minutes.

4.We add ponzu vinegar, butter and intertwine. It is completed with the height, thin leek over caliber.
