Station direct connection! We establish new building event open space at the Shinjuku Station new south exit

 In Tokyo, Shinjuku Station south exit area, new building will be built again. Other than open space where events open out, promenade of station direct connection is established and is expected as base of new turnout.

 New building is built along south side, Meiji Dori of Shinjuku Takashimaya Times Square that is close to Shinjuku Station. They are 16 stories above the ground and 2 stories underground, and they are on the first to the third floor, and stores such as restaurants, higher than the fourth floor contain office. It means that we examine holding such as sales of open cafe and food in open space in front of building.

 Furthermore, access from Shinjuku Station is smooth, too. Masao Kitahara of development company, Mitsubishi Estate "decks of walker increase from station, and extend on new deck to plan place. We say, we plan maintenance of passing through (way) including the Yoyogi Station area on the first floor.

 We can go to new building through promenade of station direct connection in approximately five minutes. This building starts construction on June 1 and is going to be completed in the end of August, 2019.
